Any vendor wishing to receive addenda pertaining to the downloaded solicitation package shall submit the following to the above fax number: bid/proposal number, company name, contact name, address, phone number, fax number, and email address.

However, it is ultimately the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that they have a complete and accurate solicitation package, and any addenda issued, if any, before submitting their formal bid or proposal package to the City. The City retains the right to reject any incomplete submittals.
